Key board wear off
A lot of colleges in our company use Macbook for work and we have noticed severe keyboard wear off on "a" and "n" keys. And after some research online, it seems like all of the Macbook keyboard wear off starts with "a", "n", "z", "I". And some of the wear off issue starts after using the Macbook for only 3 months. What are the possible reason for this issue? If it is caused by wear and tear, the consistency shouldn't be so high because it is related to the user's habit.
Please advise what is the lifetime of the keyboards? Whether the wear off is a common issue? Could this be a MP quality issue? Please take into consideration of any possible production process improvements.
Attached is a picture of my keyboard. I use the macbook 10 hours every workday for about 1 year and I noticed the "a" key wear off about 6 months ago and "n" hey wear off about 4 months ago.
